Job description

Woody Folsom Nissan is seeking a dedicated and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team in Baxley, GA. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the automotive industry and demonstrate strong leadership skills to drive sales growth and ensure excellent customer satisfaction. This role offers a competitive annual compensation ranging from $130,000 to $200,000, paid bi-weekly.

Responsibilities
  • Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve or exceed dealership sales goals.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies and processes.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive retention and referrals.
  • Analyze sales statistics and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Train and mentor sales staff to enhance their skills and product knowledge.
  • Coordinate with marketing and operations departments to ensure alignment and efficiency.
