What You'll Do
โ€ข Lead, mentor, coach, and develop a team of HVAC Service Technicians.
โ€ข Drive service excellence while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
โ€ข Support technicians with advanced troubleshooting and technical guidance.
โ€ข Partner with dispatch to maximize scheduling efficiency and technician productivity.
โ€ข Manage customer concerns and warranty-related issues.
โ€ข Recruit, interview, hire, onboard, and develop top HVAC talent.
โ€ข Monitor service performance, productivity, quality, and key operational metrics.
โ€ข Work closely with vendors and suppliers to ensure successful project execution.
โ€ข Interpret wiring diagrams, schematics, control systems, and equipment documentation.
โ€ข Ensure compliance with all local, state, and company safety standards.
โ€ข Collaborate with leadership to achieve operational and financial goals.
โ€ข Foster a positive, accountable, team-oriented culture.
What We're Looking For
โ€ข 5+ years of HVAC industry experience, including service leadership or management.
โ€ข Strong residential and commercial HVAC technical knowledge.
โ€ข Proven ability to lead, motivate, coach, and retain service technicians.
โ€ข Excellent customer relationship and problem-solving skills.
โ€ข ServiceTitan experience is a plus.
โ€ข Microsoft Office proficiency, including Excel.
โ€ข Knowledge of HVAC codes, controls, diagnostics, and industry best practices.
โ€ข Valid driver's license.
