Job Summary:

Works with internal customers to define, evaluate and build busi

ness process automation and information management solutions using standard features and functionality available in deployed IT systems. 

Essential Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Conducts requirements and process analysis of corporate automation opportunities
  • Performs solution development in SharePoint and other information systems
  • Advises and develops software solutions using best practices in information architecture, navigation and UI design
  • Effectively documents solution development details and maintains solution documentation
  • Consults with SharePoint site administrators and designers on best practices and design choices within their own solutions
  • Participates in user adoption and competency efforts among corporate SharePoint users.
  • Works with developers and administrators to achieve the greatest possible value from the IT system given available resources
Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • At least three years of experience with core SharePoint 2010/2013 features and functionality
  • Solid understanding of basic SharePoint site design and configuration:
  • Site structure
  • Navigation design
  • Page design
  • Permissions/Access control administration
  • Solid understanding of SharePoint Designer workflow development
  • Solid understanding of InfoPath forms development
  • Microsoft Office suite functional integration with SharePoint
  • Requirements gathering and business process analysis experience
  • Experience with process mapping and diagramming techniques
  • Process mapping with tools such as Microsoft Visio
  • Familiarity with common corporate business processes in the areas of HR, Finance, Legal, Project Management etc.
