Job description

Role or project story (What this role will be doing):
  • Seeking Nintex Workflow Migration Specialists for migration of Nintex workflows from on-premises (SharePoint 2016/2019) to SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365.
  • The ideal candidate will have expertise in Nintex workflow automation, migration tools, and SharePoint environments with a strong ability to optimize and modernize workflow processes.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess, plan, and execute Nintex workflow migrations from SharePoint On-Premise (2016/2019) to SharePoint Online (Microsoft 365) and K2
  • Utilize migration tools (e.g., ShareGate, AvePoint, Quest) to migrate workflows efficiently while ensuring minimal disruption.
  • Rebuild, optimize, and modernize legacy Nintex workflows to align with cloud-based best practices.
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with workflow migration, ensuring data integrity and functionality.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams, and developers to gather workflow requirements and implement enhancements.
  • Troubleshoot migration-related issues and provide post-migration support to ensure a smooth transition.
  • Leverage Microsoft Power Automate (Flow) where needed to replace or enhance workflows in the cloud.
  • Maintain technical documentation, including migration plans, workflow configurations, and troubleshooting guides.
Required Skills and Experience:
  • 3 plus years of experience in Nintex Workflow development and migration.
  • Expertise in SharePoint 2016/2019 (On-Premises) and SharePoint Online (Microsoft 365).
  • Hands-on experience with workflow migration tools such as ShareGate, AvePoint, or Quest Migration Manager.
  • Strong understanding of Nintex Forms, Nintex Workflow Cloud, and process automation best practices.
  • Proficiency in Power Automate (Microsoft Flow), Power Apps, and integration with Microsoft 365 services.
  • Familiarity with JavaScript, REST APIs, JSON, PowerShell scripting for workflow customization and automation.
  • Experience in troubleshooting, debugging, and optimizing workflows for performance and compliance.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
