DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES

  • Partners with global and crossfunctional teams to plan, manage, and deliver projects from intake through completion, including scope, schedule, milestones, and budgets. 
  • Serves as a point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring alignment on deliverables, timelines, approvals, costs, and resource priorities.
  • Coordinates daytoday project logistics, communication, and documentation; plans and facilitates meetings, prepares agendas and summaries, and tracks tasks and risks.
  • Supports project close out through postmortems, archiving, and, as needed, product testing and evaluation.
  • May assist in preparing and translating collaboration materials (documents, presentations, other communications) in English and Japanese. 
  • May assist in interpret real-time communication during meetings in English and Japanese.

SUMMARY OF REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum 1 year of experience leading projects, or related experience.
  • Understanding of project management methodology, including ability to identify and resolve issues, create and track milestones and manage risk.
  • Good game play skills and the ability to identify key selling points and marketing opportunities preferred.
  • Experience supporting business initiatives and participating in crossfunctional team efforts.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Familiarity with Japanese business practices.
  • Fluent in English and Japanese with strong bilingual spoken and written communication skills.
  • Undergraduate degree in Writing, Communications, Business, a related field, or equivalent education and experience.
  • Valid passport may be required for international travel.
  • Japanese Language Proficiency Test (JLPT) N1 certification or equivalent.

Applicants must be legally eligible to work in the United States to be considered. Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.

This position is hybrid in Redmond, WA. Hybrid positions require regular onsite work following the schedule and guidelines for their division. This position is not open to fully remote status at this time.
