Product Manager - Payments
Our client is seeking a Product Manager with a B2B SaaS background to help advance Payments' multi-vertical platform strategy. The role partners across product, design, engineering, marketing, sales, client success, and executive leadership to identify opportunities, shape solutions, and drive measurable business results.
What you'll do
Lead cross-functional teams across support, implementation, sales, marketing, product, engineering,
product operations, business operations, and design to build processes and coordinate successful rollouts of Payments across "s platforms.
Build relationships with storage operators to understand customer needs and identify ways payments
products can save time and improve profitability.
Review customer behavior metrics and comparable product experiences to validate product direction and inform decision-making


Conduct market research and stay current on the payments industry to identify new products and potential revenue opportunities
Partner with product operations to support smooth rollouts with strong organizational transparency.
Communicate the reasoning behind product improvements, expected learnings, strategic fit, and ongoing progress across the company.
Provide regular updates on milestones, progress, and outcomes.


Work closely with a product owner to identify opportunities and maintain a roadmap that balances customer and business value.
