NIMA Client Coordinator - Las Vegas Location
The perfect position for you if you thrive on exceeding goals, excel in a role that demands self-motivation and feel fulfilled by helping your clients improve themselves! The Front Desk Coordinator position at NIMA is a sales and customer service position. We are looking for people that are entrepreneurial, passionate, accountable, creative and that absolutely love people. The specific responsibilities for a Client Coordinator:
  • Handle incoming phone calls, scheduling clients for treatments and consultations
  • Overseeing contracts are complete and entered
  • Confirmation calls and managing the flow of every client experience
  • This individual is responsible for all point of sales processes
  • Greeting clients, delivering excellent customer service, nightly reporting and reconciling
  • Respond to all incoming electronic leads and get them on 'The Spa' schedule

The requirements for success as a Client Coordinator:
  • Personality is absolutely critical; you must be outgoing, friendly, good with people, upbeat, positive, bubbly...
  • Driven; much of your success is dependent on your willingness to "Get 'Er Done"

What you need to have:
  • Previous sales experience
  • An aesthetics license or background in esthetics preferred

Compensation:
  • Base pay is $17 Per Hour plus commission package
  • Health benefits for 30+ hours
  • 401K with company match after 1 year

  • Fridays & Saturdays required
