We're looking for a dedicated and empathetic Customer Service Representative to join our team in Niles, Ohio. In this role, you'll be the voice of our organization, delivering exceptional support to our customers while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and care. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll handle customer inquiries, resolve concerns, and create positive experiences that build lasting relationships with our clientele. This position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact while working collaboratively with a supportive team committed to excellence.

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone and in-person interactions with professionalism and enthusiasm
• Address and resolve customer concerns and complaints 
• Provide accurate product and service information to customers while identifying opportunities to enhance their experience.
• Process customer orders, payments, and transactions with accuracy and attention to detail
• Greet customers promptly and courteously, ensuring they feel valued and heard
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities while maintaining customer-focused priorities
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure seamless customer service delivery
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace and adhere to all company policies and procedures
• Demonstrate resilience and flexibility in handling multiple customer requests simultaneously
• Contribute to team goals and participate in ongoing training to enhance skill set and product knowledge

• Proven customer service experience (preferred not required)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong active listening and empathetic approach to customer interactions
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented mindset
• Patience, resilience, and a positive attitude when handling challenging situations
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
• Professional demeanor with strong interpersonal skills
• Cash handling experience (preferred)
• Organizational skills and ability to maintain accurate records
