Manassas Park, VA • Full‐time • On‐site


We’re looking for a Land Survey Crew Chief to lead field operations for boundary, topo, and construction stakeout projects across Northern Virginia. If you run a crew with confidence and deliver clean, accurate data, you’ll thrive here.


What You’ll Do

  • Lead a 1–2-person field crew
  • Operate Nikon equipment & Carlson Software
  • Collect precise field data + complete daily reports
  • Coordinate with PMs, contractors, and site supervisors

What You Need

  • 3+ years field surveying; crew chief experience preferred
  • Strong instrument + data collector skills
  • Valid Driver’s license
  • Professional, reliable, safety-focused
