WHO YOU'LL WORK WITH
This role reports to the Senior Manager and sits within the Nike.net Business Team. The team partners across Global Sales, Geographies, and Technology to drive digital wholesale forward-connecting strategy to execution while building scalable, consumer-informed solutions that power Nike's business-to-business marketplace.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

This candidate brings strong commercial awareness and sharp analytical thinking, paired with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and shape platform direction. They are equally at home digging into data, building business cases, and driving alignment across stakeholders. This person thrives in fast-moving environments, identifies opportunities others miss, and translates complexity into clear, actionable outcomes. They work independently, hold a high bar for quality, and stay grounded in delivering measurable impact. Curiosity, ownership, and a bias for progress set them apart.
  • 3+ years of experience in operations, e-commerce, sales, or sales support functions
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, or related field. Will accept any suitable combination of education, experience and training
  • Experience working across business, product, or digital platforms, preferably business-to-business or e-commerce environments
  • Proven strength in analytics, problem solving, and translating insights into action
  • Familiarity with artificial intelligence tools to accelerate research, analysis, and written outputs

WHAT YOU'LL WORK ON
You will shape how Nike plans and sells in a digital wholesale world. Sitting within the Plan pillar, you will drive pre-season and pre-sale capabilities, ensuring the platform enables smarter assortment decisions, seamless partner integration, and scalable sell-in experiences.
  • Translate Global Sales and Geography strategies into clear Nike.net priorities, roadmap inputs, and capability needs
  • Act as the business subject matter expert across Plan capabilities, including assortment, offering, allocations, partner integrations, and digital sell-in
  • Identify opportunities to drive revenue growth, platform adoption, and operational efficiency
  • Build business cases and lead discovery to inform platform investments and prioritization
  • Own and track key performance indicators (KPIs), including adoption, engagement, and revenue impact [Acronym Library | Word]
  • Partner closely with Sales, Product, Technology, and Program teams to align priorities and remove friction
  • Support user acceptance testing, go-to-market readiness, and successful capability launches
