Job description

About Alchemy
Alchemy is the Web3 infrastructure and developer platform that powers millions of users and the world's most innovative blockchain applications. From enabling $1+ trillion in financial transactions worldwide to scaling L2s and enabling DeFi, Alchemy provides the infrastructure and tools developers need to build reliable, scalable, and accessible experiences.
Trusted by companies like JPMorgan, Stripe, Visa, Franklin Templeton, Nike, and backed by a16z, Coatue, Silver Lake, Lightspeed, and Stanford University, Alchemy is building the foundational layer for a decentralized and AI-enabled Web3 ecosystem. For more information, visit alchemy.com.
About the Role
Alchemy is hiring a Social & Technical Content Manager to own how our strongest product, engineering, and customer stories show up online. This is a social-first role focused initially on X and LinkedIn, with opportunities to extend strong ideas into video, email, events, and longer-form content.
You have strong social instincts, a sharp editorial eye, and enough technical curiosity to earn the trust of engineers. You can find the idea worth building around, choose the right format, and carry an incomplete brief through to a finished package. You prefer a few stories with a clear point of view to filling a calendar for its own sake.
What You'll Do
  • Own day-to-day editorial planning and execution for Alchemy's social channels, with a primary focus on X.
  • Help shape channel strategy with Marketing leadership: identify our core content pillars, build the brand of internal Alchemists, and experiment with ambassadors, KOLs, and other growth levers.
  • Build a reliable story pipeline with Product Marketing, Product, Engineering, Developer Relations, Customer Success, and the broader Marketing team.
  • Interview engineers, product leaders, customers, and executives to find the detail that makes a story credible.
  • Turn launch briefs, product demos, technical documentation, engineering interviews, and customer results into platform-native social posts, videos, emails, and longer-form content.
  • Develop repeatable content pillars, formats, and distribution plans that extend important launches and customer stories beyond launch day.
  • Partner with designers and video producers while owning the idea, message, script, and editorial bar.
  • Help Alchemy's experts show up on social with posts that sound like them.
  • Use AI to move faster on research, drafting, repurposing, and analysis. Use performance data to decide what to repeat or stop.

What we're looking for
  • 3+ years creating social or technical content for a company, product, or expert.
  • Work samples that show strong storytelling, including at least one social-first example and one piece that makes a technical subject clear.
  • Strong instincts for social media. You understand how each platform works and know when a format or trend serves the story.
  • Clear, concise writing and rigorous editing. You can simplify a complex idea without making it less accurate.
  • Technical curiosity and the confidence to learn from documentation, demos, and subject-matter experts. You do not need to be an engineer, but you should know when a claim needs verification before publishing.
  • Sound editorial judgment. You can choose what deserves amplification, cut what does not, and finish the work with limited oversight.
  • Experience earning trust across technical and creative teams, managing feedback, and keeping launches moving.
  • A practical approach to measurement. You can explain what worked, what did not, and what you would change.
  • The ability to develop strong video concepts and scripts. On-camera work and video editing are useful, but not required.
  • You might come from social media, developer relations, technical content, developer education, or product marketing. Experience in developer tools, infrastructure, AI, fintech, cybersecurity, or Web3 is helpful. Prior Web3 experience is not required.
