Night Warehouse Supervisor

Non-Exempt

Full-time

Night Shift: Sundays- Thursdays (5:00 PM until workload is completed)

JOB SUMMARY: The Night Warehouse Picker is responsible for accurately and efficiently fulfilling customer orders during the night shift in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Using manual, electric, or rider pallet jacks, the picker ensures that orders are picked, labeled, and staged according to supervisor instructions while maintaining a clean and organized workspace

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Utilize manual, electric, or rider pallet jacks to pick complete orders as assigned by the supervisor.
  • Label cases and/or check off pick tickets to ensure order accuracy.
  • Return completed label rolls or pick tickets to the supervisor for review.
  • Wrap completed pallets securely and label them with the appropriate route ID.
  • Stage completed pallets in designated locations as directed by the supervisor.
  • Perform daily cleaning duties as assigned by the supervisor/ and or lead to maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.
  • Immediately report any observed issues, such as damaged goods, equipment malfunctions, or safety concerns, to the supervisor and/or lead.
  • Other duties as needed/assigned.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Education and Experience Requirement:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Experience: Previous warehouse or order-picking experience is a plus but not required.
  • Skills: Familiarity with pallet jacks (manual, electric, or rider) is preferred.

Requirements:

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. repeatedly.
  • Willingness to work the night shift and maintain flexibility with end times.
  • Strong commitment to safety and accuracy.
