The responsibilities of the beverage champion include: 

·        50% of time spent on beverage production & 50% spent on hospitality and overall guest experience.

·        Interaction with customers: receiving orders, processing sales, and managing customer issues. 

·        Crafting a variety of coffee and specialty beverages to company standards and customer expectations.

·        Ensuring all equipment is maintained, calibrated, and cleaned regularly

·        Drive excitement across the team and with customers, creating an inviting environment.

·        Engage with customers, guiding them through the menu ordering process and recommending favorites to try.

·        Follow all drink recipes precisely while working efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

·        Managing the Beverage area, maintaining quality standards and monitoring all service equipment 

·        Uncompromising standards in maintaining a clean and safe work environment (per Labor Board and OSHA regulations and Company standards), Unloading, stocking and maintaining required inventory level. 

·        Champions recognition and motivation efforts, works as a team to deliver elevated experiences.



Requirements

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and loves serving up great-tasting products and meaningful customer experience—often all at once! If you’re energized by variety and can juggle tasks without missing a beat, you’ll feel right at home in the Live Más Café.

·        Must be at least 16 years of age

·        Restaurant experience and beverage production preferred

·        Comfortable working with coffee and flavored syrups

·        Strong multitasking skills with the ability to manage drink accuracy, timing, and presentation all at once

·        Ability to recognize when and how to shift to secondary duties without compromising service

·        Dependable and reliable transportation required

·        Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills

·        Able to lift and move up to 45 lbs as needed

·        Consistent attendance and punctuality required

·        Ability to operate a cash register and make change

·        Basic math skills

·        Completion of training certification

·        Positive attitude and eagerness to learn

·        Team-oriented mindset

·        Commitment to delivering exceptional customer satisfaction
