Night Shift Caregiver / Resident Assistant
$20–$24 per hour | Overnight | Assisted Living & Memory Care

URGENT NEED – NIGHT SHIFT

Highgate Senior Living is hiring Night Shift Caregivers to support residents in our assisted living and memory care community. If you’re dependable, compassionate, and comfortable working overnight hours, we’d love to meet you.

Pay & Schedule

  • $20–$24 per hour (based on experience and qualifications)

  • Overnight shift (typically 10:00pm–6:00am or similar)

  • Full-time and part-time available

  • Consistent schedules available

What You’ll Do

  • Assist residents with overnight care needs (toileting, repositioning, safety checks)

  • Provide calm, compassionate support and reassurance

  • Respond to call lights and emergencies

  • Perform documentation and routine overnight checks

  • Support a clean, safe, and quiet environment

  • Communicate changes in condition to leadership

What We’re Looking For

  • Reliable and punctual; comfortable working nights

  • Compassionate and patient with seniors

  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision

  • Willingness to learn memory care best practices

Experience is helpful but not required — paid training provided.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age

  • CPR & First Aid (or willingness to obtain)

  • Ability to obtain required state caregiver license (if applicable)

  • Current negative TB test

  • Able to remain active during shift and assist with transfers (up to 50 lbs with support)

  • Ability to pass a background check
