Dispatcher
Full-time: Night Shift, 1:00am - 10:00am 
Location: Charlotte, NC

The scope of this position is to be responsible for dispatching units to pickup and delivery freight, monitoring the performance of drivers and ensure customer timelines are adhered to

How You'll Help

  • Scheduling drivers pick-ups and deliveries
  • Uploading and setting up of scanners
  • Maintain communication with PDC Supervisor for status reports on correct loading by unit and timely departures.

  • Ensure driver concerns reported into dispatch are responded to and closed off within reasonable or expected timelines. 

Your Skills & Experience: 

  • Transportation background in dispatch or dock supervision is ideal

  • Computer literate in Excel and Word
  • High School graduate or equivalent
