  • Interdependent Execution: Proven ability to drive delivery across multiple, highly-coupled engineering teams (e.g., App Services,Infrastructure, Data, and App Services).

  • Distributed Systems Architecture: Strong technical command of cloud-native architectures, microservices, and high-availability patterns.

  • Executive Alignment: Superior communication skills to translate technical complexity into clear strategic updates for senior leadership.

  • Strategic Roadmap Translation: Ability to convert abstract platform strategy and architectural visions into executable, measurable delivery plans.

  • Ambiguity Navigation: Operating effectively and providing structure in high-impact, ambiguous environments with minimal guidance.

  • DevOps & Release Management: Driving excellence in CI/CD pipelines and automated release management practices to improve deployment velocity.

  • Vendor & Cross-Org Coordination: Navigating complex external vendor relationships and coordinating dependencies across different organizational silos.
