What You’ll Be Doing
  • The Audit: Running the "end-of-day" process in our property management system, reconciling daily room charges, taxes, and payments.
  • The Welcome: Handling late-night check-ins and early-morning check-outs with the signature DoubleTree warm cookie hospitality.
  • The Oversight: Serving as the primary point of contact for guests overnight, ensuring safety, security, and service standards are maintained.
  • The Prep: Preparing daily reports for the General Manager and accounting team to review each morning.

Working Conditions & Physical Demands
  • Overnight Schedule: Ability to consistently work 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
  • Stationary Position: Ability to stand for the duration of an 8-hour shift.
  • Focused Environment: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high productivity.
  • Visual Acuity: Strong focus required for reviewing financial reports and computer screens for extended periods.

What We’re Looking For
  • Experience: Previous hotel front desk or night audit experience is preferred, but we will train candidates with strong basic accounting or bookkeeping backgrounds.
  • Reliability: Since you are often the only person at the desk, punctuality and perfect attendance are non-negotiable.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the ability to learn Hilton OnQ quickly.
  • Professionalism: A calm, professional demeanor to handle late-night guest needs or emergencies.
