Job description

Cloud Lake, LLC is seeking a Senior SharePoint and Power Platform Developer to support mission-critical federal programs and highly visible contracts. To join our team of outstanding professionals, apply today! This role will lead the design and delivery of enterprise Power Platform solutions (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) while also supporting SharePoint front- and back-end development, including SPFx-based solutions. The Senior Developer will serve as a platform subject matter expert and work directly with government stakeholders and technical teams to provide architecture guidance, design leadership, and development oversight. This role supports multiple federal initiatives and drives delivery of secure, scalable, and compliant Microsoft 365 solutions. Responsibilities * Lead architecture and design of SharePoint and Power Platform solutions (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI), with supporting SharePoint and SPFx development where needed.
* Establish DevSecOps and CI/CD practices.
* Maintain and optimize enterprise SharePoint and Power Platform environments for performance, security, and scalability.
* Build and maintain enterprise Microsoft 365 solutions, including SharePoint sites, Power Apps, and Power Automate workflows supporting federal mission delivery.
* Drive platform governance and security best practices.
* Support full application lifecycle development by advising developers on how to provide stable and secure code.
* Lead troubleshooting and root-cause analysis of complex SharePoint and Power Platform production issues.
* Oversee secure deployment of software updates, patches, and releases across environments.
* Manage source code using Git and support CI/CD pipelines and release management.
* Support program teams in delivering enterprise SharePoint and Power Platform solutions across development and production environment.
* Understanding of security best practices and ability to implement NIST 800-53 in Cloud environments.
* Understanding of Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIG) is a plus. Qualifications * Active Secret security clearance.
* Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Engineering or related field, or 4+ years of military service in a technical role.
* 8+ years of relevant experience in enterprise SharePoint, Power Platform or application development.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage technical teams and government stakeholders.
* Experience developing with SPFx, React, and TypeScript.
* Senior - level expertise in SharePoint Online architecture, development, and administration.
* Senior - level expertise in designing and delivering Power Apps and Power Automate solutions.
* Experience delivering solutions in federal, DoD or regulated environments.
* Knowledge of secure development practices.
* Experience implementing or supporting NIST 800-53 controls.
Desired Qualifications: * Knowledge and certification of other cloud platforms such as GCP and Azure, or private platforms such as OpenShift.
* Experience integrating SharePoint and Power Platform with external systems and APIs.
* Familiarity with FedRAMP and zero-trust architecture.
* Experience operating within Agile, SAFe, or DevSecOps delivery environments.
* Microsoft certifications (Power Platform, SharePoint).
* Security certifications such as Security+ or CISSP.
