Position Overview: Registered Nurse (RN) - Night Shift
As a Night Shift RN, you'll provide high-quality nursing care while serving as a trusted clinical leader during overnight hours. You'll work closely with residents, CNAs, and on-call providers to ensure comfort, safety, and continuity of care in a calm, team-oriented environment.

• Key Responsibilities:
  1. Deliver patient-centered nursing care during overnight hours
  2. Assess, monitor, and document residents' conditions and changes
  3. Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and facility protocols
  4. Collaborate with on-call providers and interdisciplinary team members as needed
  5. Provide calm reassurance and emotional support to residents overnight
  6. Maintain accurate, timely documentation in compliance with regulations

  8. Supervise and support nursing assistants to ensure quality care delivery
Qualifications:
  1. Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license
  2. Strong clinical skills and knowledge of geriatric and rehabilitation care
  3. Excellent communication and decision-making skills
  4. Ability to work independently and collaboratively during night hours
  5. Compassionate, resident-focused approach to care
  6. Current BLS/CPR certification required; ACLS certification a plus
