Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) - Night Shift (6 PM - 6 AM)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team at Thrive Rehabilitation of Pearland on our night shift (6 PM - 6 AM). As a valued member of our care team, you will provide high-quality care to our patients in the post-acute setting, helping them achieve their optimal level of function and independence.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct patient care, including basic nursing procedures, according to established standards and protocols

  • Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs), such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

  • Monitor and report patients' conditions to licensed nurses and physicians

  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care

  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans

  • Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills with patients, families, and healthcare team members

Requirements:

  • Current CNA certification in the state of Texas

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
