About the Role:

The Night Auditor plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth financial and operational functioning of a hotel during overnight hours. This position is responsible for accurately reconciling daily financial transactions, auditing guest accounts, and preparing detailed reports that support management decision-making. The Night Auditor also provides exceptional customer service to guests during the night shift, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. By maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with company policies, the Night Auditor helps safeguard the hotel's financial integrity. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can work independently while managing multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Shift starts at 11:00PM and goes until 7:00AM.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial reconciliation.
  • Experience with hotel property management systems or similar software.
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:
