Job Overview

Madison Park Healthcare is seeking a compassionate and dependable Registered Nurse (RN) to join our nursing team. The RN will provide high-quality, resident-centered nursing care while helping residents maintain their health, comfort, dignity, and quality of life.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess residents and monitor changes in condition, symptoms, and vital signs. 
  • Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and established standards. 
  • Develop, implement, and update individualized resident care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team. 
  • Communicate changes in resident condition to physicians, leadership, and other appropriate team members. 
  • Educate residents and families regarding care, treatments, and health management.
