Night Shift RN Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality nursing care to residents during overnight hours

  • Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders

  • Monitor resident health and respond promptly to changes in condition

  • Supervise CNAs and ensure adherence to safety and care protocols

  • Accurately document care, updates, and incidents in medical records

  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care

  • Promote a calm, secure, and supportive nighttime environment for residents

Qualifications:
  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Missouri (required)

  • Current CPR/BLS certification (required)
