Job Description
Our client, a leading education organization, is seeking enthusiastic, thoughtful, and highly motivated problem solvers to join its new enrollments team. This team is passionate about creating innovative customer experiences and building strong relationships with clients and business partners.
Enrollment Specialists provide support through phone, live chat, email, and social media channels. Responsibilities include enrollment assistance, billing support, issue resolution, and helping clients access backup support when unexpected needs arise.
Location : Remote
Compensation: $19/hour
Contract Duration: Through the end of the year
Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver best-in-class customer service tailored to each client's needs
  • Manage inquiries and concerns via phone, email, chat, and social media
  • Participate in outbound calling campaigns as needed
  • Accurately document customer information in internal systems
  • Personalize conversations to create positive, memorable experiences
  • Flex between communication channels and special projects as business needs require
  • Follow established procedures, guidelines, and policies
  • Build strong working relationships with team members and business partners
  • Strive for first-contact resolution and follow up as needed
