The Ranch has openings for motivated individuals who work well independently and as a team member in our low-intensity drug and alcohol residential MEN ONLY clientele treatment facility. We are looking for a Residential Team Member for part-time and full-time positions. Duties include observing and reporting clients behavior, supervising and transporting clients, maintaining daily records, conducting life skills, HIPAA trainings, overseeing living area's and conditions, and other duties as assigned. To qualify for employment, you must be 21 yrs. of age, possess a H.S. Diploma or GED, and have a good driving record, and pass a background check, and drug screening. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel will be helpful, but is not required. This position is for full-time and part-time with mandatory evening and weekend availability. Benefits apply for full-time positions only. Certified Peer Recovery Specialists and / or Certified Recovery Coach recommended.
