Our state-of-the-art facility, located in Schuylkill Haven, Pennsylvania, offers a comprehensive range of services, including short-term rehabilitation, long-term skilled nursing care, and specialty programs.
About the RN Unit Manager Role:
As a Unit Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our evening shift, Monday through Friday. You will collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans, ensuring that our patients receive the best possible care. Your strong leadership skills and attention to detail will help you to:
Lead by Example: Supervise and mentor a team of dedicated RNs, LPNs, and CNAs to provide exceptional patient care.
Make a Difference: Develop and implement care plans that promote positive outcomes and enhance the overall quality of life for our patients.
Stay Ahead of the Curve: Identify areas for improvement and implement process changes to improve patient satisfaction, reduce readmissions, and meet regulatory requirements.
Foster Open Communication: Collaborate with other departments, such as therapy, social work, and dietary, to ensure seamless delivery of care.
RN Unit Manager Qualifications:
Current RN License: Active RN license in the state of Pennsylvania.
Minimum Experience: Strong clinical experience in a long-term care setting.
Strong Leadership Skills: Proven track record of effective leadership and team management.
