Join Marriott Orlando Downtown as a part-time Night Auditor and be an essential part of our overnight operations team, ensuring smooth and seamless experiences for our guests while maintaining accurate financial records.

Responsibilities
  • Perform nightly audit of guest accounts, ensuring accuracy between front desk, housekeeping, and accounting systems.
  • Reconcile daily hotel transactions, prepare reports, and balance financial records.
  • Provide excellent customer service to guests checking in/out during overnight hours.
  • Handle guest inquiries, requests, and resolve issues efficiently and professionally.
  • Monitor hotel security and safety during the night shift.
  • Assist with miscellaneous administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in hospitality, preferably as a night auditor or front desk associate.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to work overnight shifts independently.
  • Ability to work Thursday and Friday overnight shifts.
  • Basic accounting or bookkeeping knowledge is a plus.
