When an associate is temporarily reassigned to a lower classification, they will receive $20.44 per hour for the time spent in the lower classification.The Rail Loader pay for day shift is $23.93 per hour ($23.09 per hour during probation). When an associate is temporarily reassigned to a lower classification, they will receive $18.94 per hour for the time spent in the lower classification.The shift is Monday-Friday, start time 5pm for nights and start time 7am for days.
