Job Type
Temp to Hire – Full Time
Job Duties
  • Lead and support a small night shift maintenance team, assign tasks, and ensure work is completed safely and on time.
  • Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair mechanical and electrical equipment, including using PLC or computer-based systems.
  • Coordinate maintenance priorities with the Maintenance Supervisor and oversee contractors when needed.
  • Maintain and update the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) and complete daily and weekly maintenance reports.
  • Assist with planning and supporting scheduled downtime and weekend plant lockout activities.
Schedule
6PM-6:30AM , rotating schedule (2-2-3)
Pay
$34–$35 per hour 
Requirements
  • 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing or plant environment.
  • Experience with mechanical tools and basic electrical work, including welding, cutting, grinding, or circuit troubleshooting.
  • Ability to diagnose equipment issues and perform repairs safely and efficiently.
  • Experience leading or training other team members in a maintenance or technical role.
  • Ability to use a computer to enter work orders, follow instructions, and document maintenance work.
