Machine Operator / Technician – Night Shift
Jacksonville, Florida
Night Shift: Mon to Thurs, 5:00pm to 5:00am
Hourly Pay: $19.00/hr + based on experience (plus 12% night shift differential)

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate and maintain production equipment to ensure efficient and effective production
  • Conduct routine equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs minimizing down time
  • Collaborate with the production team to resolve technical issues and improve processes
  • Ensure compliance with safety procedures and quality standards
  • experience operating equipment with a Human Machine Interface (HMI) and advanced control systems a plus.
  • Provide support to other departments as required

Required Experience:
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
  • Maintenance or engineering experience – 2-years or more preferred
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics
