Our platform relies on secure, real-time healthcare data infrastructure. We are looking for a B2B Integration Specialist to seamlessly connect our platform with our behavioral healthcare clients' existing software ecosystems.

Role Overview

As a Deployment Engineer, you will bring Care Predictor to life for clients across the behavioral healthcare industry. You’ll sit at the intersection of software, AI, and operations, owning customer deployment and solving complex technical and business problems to drive measurable business outcomes. You will bridge the gap between Care Predictor’s platform and our clients' core business tools (including EMRs, HRIS, and CRMs). This role requires a unique blend of technical acumen and exceptional client communication. You will manage data mapping, troubleshoot APIs, and guide enterprise users through a seamless technical onboarding experience.

What You Will Do
  • Lead technical discovery and onboarding for new customers
  • Solve integration challenges between systems (TMS, load boards, emails, APIs, etc.)
  • Build internal tools, automation scripts, or custom adapters when needed
  • Monitor early usage, troubleshoot issues, and ensure outcomes
  • Partner closely with product and engineering to close feature or tooling gaps
  • Own end to end deployments: Manage everything from design to implementation to rollout, including mapping customer workflows, measuring success, and iterating with customers.
  • Co-build with customers: Bridge the gap between customer operations and our product, turning messy real-world processes into automated workflows driving immediate business impact.
  • Scale customer impact: Surface patterns and opportunities across customers to inform product and engineering roadmaps.
  • Bridge engineering and sales: Serve as the connective tissue between technical and go-to-market teams, translating customer needs into scalable solutions that accelerate growth across industries.
What You’ll Bring
  • Technical foundation: Coding experience in TypeScript, Python or a similar modern language and a strong grasp of APIs, databases, and web app architecture.
  • Customer obsession: Comfortable engaging directly with customers to troubleshoot issues, understand edge cases, and deliver fast solutions.
  • Startup scrappiness: Bias toward action—willing to learn new technologies
  • Founder level ownership: You run toward ambiguity, write clean code quickly, and see failures as data for the next sprint.
  • Problem-solving mindset: Comfortable troubleshooting complex systems, identifying root causes, and delivering rapid fixes under pressure.
Qualifications

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Technical Skills APIs & Webhooks: Deep understanding of RESTful APIs, webhooks, and data exchange protocols.
  • Testing Tools: Hands-on experience using tools like Postman or Insomnia to test, validate, and debug API requests and responses.
  • Coding Foundations: Familiarity with a programming/scripting language (such as Python or JavaScript) to read code and parse data.
  • Data Formats: Comfort working with JSON, XML, and standard data structures.
  • Professional & Power Skills Project Management: Proven ability to manage multiple client implementations simultaneously, set clear milestones, and meet strict deadlines.
  • Communication: Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable steps for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Education & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience). 1+ years of experience in a client-facing technical role, such as a Technical Account Manager, Solutions Engineer, or Systems Integration Engineer.
