As an Office Administrator at Steri-Clean Orlando, Tampa & Miami, FL, you will spend your time supporting senior office staff and attending to client inquiries. This is a role focused on maintaining positive client relationships through clear communication. This is not a work from home position. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with exceptional interpersonal skills who can navigate sensitive industries with professionalism and empathy. You will be responsible for inbound client activity, maintaining contact with existing clients, and representing the Steri-Clean brand with integrity.

Responsibilities
  • Office support operations; including phone calls, filing, and maintaining an up-to-date CRM platform
  • Following up on new and existing client inquiries
  • Manage inbound calls to explain services, answer questions, and schedule appointments
  • Respond promptly to inbound inquiries and help convert leads into active accounts
