Job Type: Temp to perm | Full-Time

Production Assistant Job Duties
  • Operate, set up, and monitor mixing and cooking equipment to ensure batches meet recipe and quality specifications
  • Prepare ingredients and mixes, including chipping frozen materials and creating pumpable slurries
  • Support deviation investigations by assisting with inspections, swabbing, sample pulls, and documentation
  • Work closely with Production, Maintenance, Warehouse, and Quality teams to support product quality and compliance

Schedule: 
  • Monday through Friday, 11;00 p.m. to 7:30 a.m.
     
Production Assistant Pay
  • $24.46

Production Assistant Requirements
  • 1 or more years of experience in a regulated food manufacturing environment
  • Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices and Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points
  • Experience working with production or batching equipment
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow documented procedures
