HR Intern – Summer 2026
Radwell International LLC | Human Resources
Full-Time Internship | Hourly | On-site
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Duration: June 1st – August 14th
Location: 1 Millennium Drive, Willingboro, NJ 08046

Position Overview
Radwell International LLC is seeking a motivated HR Intern to join our Human Resources team for Summer 2026. This 10‑week, on‑site internship program is designed to provide meaningful, hands-on experience in a fast-paced corporate environment. Interns will be assigned a real business project at the start of the program and will work closely with leadership to deliver measurable results while gaining practical HR experience.

Program Overview

  • Program Goal:
    • Provide meaningful work experience while creating an engaging, positive, and memorable internship experience.
  • Learning & Development:
    • Hands-on training within Human Resources, focusing on recruiting, employee engagement, and professional workplace skills.
  • Projects & Work Experience:
    • Interns will be assigned real HR projects to apply classroom knowledge and support business initiatives.
  • Networking & Engagement:
    • Weekly intern meetings designed to foster collaboration, provide career guidance, and build relationships across departments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support recruiting efforts including candidate review, scheduling, and communication
  • Assist with onboarding coordination and new hire processes
  • Participate in intern program planning, engagement activities, and events
  • Maintain accurate records and assist with HR documentation
  • Partner with HR team members on various projects and initiatives
  • Complete and present a final internship project
  • Perform additional duties as assigned

Program Requirement

  •  Must have completed Sophomore or Junior year and plan to return to school the following semester

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program (HR, Business, or related field preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work on-site five days per week

Education & Experience
High School Diploma and currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in a related field

Compensation
The hourly rate for this internship is $20.50 per hour

Additional Information
This is a fully on-site internship, and candidates must be able to commute to Willingboro, NJ Monday–Friday.
