Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of experience in computing infrastructure, networking, operating systems, or hardware.
  • 5 years of experience managing technical, vendor, contract management, or delivery teams.
  • Ability to work non‑standard hours, including weekends, night shifts, holidays, and shift‑based schedules as required.
Preferred qualifications
  • Experience managing technical teams, vendor or contract management, and service delivery.
  • Experience working in data center environments, building and operating large‑scale infrastructure, network and compute architecture, lifecycle, and Linux/Unix system administration.
  • Experience initiating and executing strategic initiatives in a global environment.
  • Track record of leading and improving Environmental Health and Safety initiatives.
  • Demonstrated strong performance and experience with data gathering, analysis, and presentation skills.
About the job

As a Hardware Operations Manager, you will manage a team of Data Center Technicians, overseeing the quality installation of server hardware and components, troubleshooting complex installations, and ensuring the reliability of the infrastructure. You will lead the configuration, testing, and maintenance of servers and networking equipment, manage small project teams on larger installations, and develop contingency plans.

You will proactively monitor performance, anticipate potential issues, and collaborate closely with the area lead, site manager, peer OMs, and partnering teams such as DCOps, Security, and GSO‑L to ensure optimal operational efficiency. You will also foster a collaborative team environment, identify and resolve problems, hire, coach, and develop the team, implement a safety culture, and manage project implementation.

Pay: US: $138,000 – $201,000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits.
