Position Summary... What you'll do...Walmart Central Fill Pharmacy is a specialized type of pharmacy that focuses on processing and dispensing of prescriptions for multiple retail pharmacy locations within a region.  Unlike a traditional pharmacy, Central Fill is full of automation allowing prescriptions to be filled fast and accurately, but the best part of Central Fill pharmacy is taking care of our patients in the community. While we are not patient facing, our job provides retail pharmacies the ability to spend much deserved time providing clinical services and education to the communities they serve.
We’re looking for Full-time Night Shift Specialist, Physical Security to support operations at our new Central Fill Pharmacy in Springfield, MO. Minimum Qualifications:
  • 1 year of experience in Law Enforcement (LEO), Security, or Military
Salary: $22.75 per hour, plus an additional $1.00 per hour shift differential for hours worked on the night shift. Schedule:

  • Schedule is subject to change with little notice, as this is a new Central Fill facility and adjustments may be required to fulfill security operational needs.

The Physical Security team develops and implements security strategies to safeguard retail pharmacy and optical operations. This team ensures the safety of associates and customers by maintaining effective security processes that support uninterrupted business functions and regulatory compliance. They oversee Health & Wellness security operations to mitigate risks and promote business continuity. Collaborating closely with Threat Management, the team responds to incidents and emergencies with tactical expertise. Their commitment to safety, compliance, and continuous improvement fosters a secure environment aligned with Walmart’s standards and operational goals.

  • Support development and implementation of security protocols, programs, and training to enhance safety and compliance.
