D Shift  Rotating 12 hour Nights  6 pm - 6am

What we need:

Responsible for monitoring traffic in and out of complex, monitor parking lots, and patrol plant and office complex.

What you'll do:

  • Monitor and control entry/exit of personnel, visitors, and vehicles at facility.
  • Contact supervisors or employees by phone to announce visitors.
  • Log all required vehicles entering/exiting grounds and direct them as necessary. 
  • Check truck seals on container trucks as required. 
  • Monitor and provide parking control for office complex and plant areas. 
  • Keep dock areas clear for trucks.
  • Distribute applications for employment to prospective employees.
  • Answer phone outside of normal business hours and direct calls as needed.
  • Assist in keeping work areas in a clean orderly manner. 
  • Attend any job-related training deemed necessary by supervision
  • Follow all established standard operating procedures
  • Perform general housekeeping duties as necessary
  • Perform other tasks assigned by management

  • High school diploma or equivalent required

  •  Must be able to work 8-12 hr shifts either day or night, weekdays or weekends as scheduled.
  • This position has the responsibility and authority to report to management any safety problems, and potential problems encountered while performing the job. 
  • This position has the responsibility of the quality and safety of his/her own output.  
  • Work in an office environment. 
  • Occasionally work in normal industrial environment with inherent background noise, dirt, humidity, and temperature variations. 
  • While performing the duties of this job the employee is regularly exposed to moving vehicles. 
  • Frequently exposed to outside weather conditions
