Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and assist visitors, clients, candidates, and vendors, ensuring they are connected with the appropriate individual or department.

  • Accurately record messages and ensure important calls and requests are communicated promptly.
  • Maintain a professional, organized, and presentable reception and common-area environment.

  • Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packages while coordinating outgoing shipments as needed.
  • Monitor front-office supplies and coordinate replenishment to ensure necessary materials are always available.
  • Assist with scheduling meetings, appointments, and conference room reservations.
  • Provide basic calendar and travel coordination support for leadership when needed.
  • Assist the HR/People team and other departments with administrative projects and day-to-day requests.

Qualifications:
