This role is commonly found in warehouses, manufacturing plants, and distribution centers. Night Packers must be detail-oriented, capable of working in a fast-paced environment, and comfortable with physical tasks such as lifting and standing for extended periods.

What is the typical work environment and schedule like for a Night Packer?

Night Packers typically work in warehouses or distribution centers during overnight shifts, which may range from late evening to early morning hours. The environment is often active and requires standing, lifting, and repetitive movements throughout the shift, with tasks such as sorting, labeling, and packaging goods for shipment. Teamwork is essential, as you’ll coordinate with supervisors and fellow packers to meet nightly targets and ensure orders are prepared accurately and on time. The role may also include opportunities for overtime and, in some companies, incentives for meeting packaging quotas.
