Job description

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Appliance Delivery & Installation Technician to join our team. This role involves operating a 24–26 ft box truck (non-CDL) and safely delivering and installing household appliances.

While prior appliance installation experience is preferred, we provide paid, hands-on training for dependable candidates who are eager to learn and grow.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Safely operate a 24–26 ft box truck (non-CDL, under 26,000 GVWR)
  • Deliver, handle, and install household appliances
  • Ensure all installations meet manufacturer specifications and are fully functional
  • Conduct pre-installation and post-installation inspections of customer homes
  • Prevent property damage during delivery and installation
  • Provide and maintain basic installation tools
  • Communicate professionally with customers at all times
  • Report any issues, damages, or incidents promptly to dispatch

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 6 months experience driving a 24–26 ft box truck
  • Valid driver’s license (Non-CDL – Class C or equivalent)
  • Clean Motor Vehicle Record (minimum 3 years)
  • Ability to lift 75+ lbs with assistance (team lift required)
  • Strong work ethic and ability to work effectively in a two-person crew
    (Helper provided by company)
  • Ability to pass background check and drug screening

Compensation:

  • $900 – $1,080 per week (based on experience, based on 6 days work week)
  • 1099 contractor position
  • 6-day work schedule
  • Paid training provided

Schedule:

  • On-dock time: 5:30 AM – 6:00 AM
  • Weekend availability required
