Familiarity with workplace-specific tools—such as security systems, inventory software, or healthcare equipment—may be required depending on the industry. Strong communication, adaptability, and stress management are crucial soft skills for handling overnight challenges and collaborating with limited staff. These abilities ensure safety, productivity, and smooth operations during hours when resources and supervision may be reduced.
