Night AuditorJob Description

DoubleTree Cincinnati Airport is seeking a Night Auditor who is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the hotel's financial records and providing exceptional customer service to guests during the overnight shift.

Key Responsibilities
  • Balance and reconcile daily financial transactions.
  • Prepare and distribute daily reports to management.
  • Assist with guest check-in and check-out processes.
  • Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints.
  • Perform security checks throughout the hotel.
  • Maintain accurate records of room occupancy and availability.
  • Assist with other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in hotel front desk or accounting preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and hotel management software
  • Ability to work overnight shifts and weekends.
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
