This is a full-time, year-round position beginning July 2026. The starting wage for this role is $19.00/hour.

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

As a Night Auditor you will work four night shifts per week, with additional desk support as required

  • Manage front desk operations including handling phone inquiries, coordinating group arrivals and departures, completing guest check-ins and room assignments, and processing check-outs with accurate billing and payment collection

  • Take, cancel, and change room reservations

  • Address guest concerns promptly; escalate issues to the Front Desk Supervisor or Hotel Manager when needed

  • Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports and related forms

  • Provide information on hotel facilities and services, and local points of interest

  • Arrange services required for guests with special needs

  • Provide information regarding room status and special guests to other departments

  • Learn the Emergency Response Manual thoroughly

  • Learn the Night Audit procedures

  • Perform related Front Desk duties as directed by Supervisor

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bring the energy, professionalism, and personality of an exceptional Front Desk Agent

  • Previous experience in a Front Desk or Night Audit role is an asset

  • Comfortable with basic computer systems and cash handling; accounting knowledge is a plus (training provided)
