  Your Role - Night Auditor

As a Night Auditor, you are responsible for ensuring the continuity of hotel operations during the night while maintaining the accuracy and integrity of daily financial transactions.

You play a key role both operationally and administratively, delivering professional guest service while completing system closures and preparing daily reports.

  Key Responsibilities
  • Review and verify daily financial transactions
  • Identify discrepancies, adjust accounts, and update guest records
  • Balance cash and complete end-of-day closing procedures
  • Prepare night audit and revenue reports
  • Welcome late arrivals and process early departures
  • Answer calls and handle reservations
  • Address guest requests and resolve concerns professionally
  • Perform front desk duties during the night shift
  • Prepare and communicate a detailed handover to the morning team
  • Relay guest requests and operational updates to day teams
  • Perform any other related duties as required
  Qualifications
  • Previous experience in hotel front desk operations (night audit experience is an asset)
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage priorities
  • High level of accuracy, autonomy, and attention to detail
  • Comfortable with computer systems and financial operations
  • Bilingual in French and English (spoken and written) required
  • Knowledge of FOSSE (an asset)
