Job description

About CTK USA

CTK USA, Inc. operates a fulfillment and warehousing site in Ontario, California, supporting 3PL/5PL logistics for consumer brands, including cosmetics and e-commerce inventory. Our facility includes warehouse floor space, racking, inbound and outbound docks, offices, and visitor areas — and we're looking for a dependable, professional Security Guard to help keep our people, product, and property safe.

Job Summary

As our On-Site Security Guard, you'll control access, monitor cameras and alarms, patrol the facility, screen visitors and vendors, and document incidents — escalating any safety or security concerns to site leadership. This is an unarmed post: no firearm or baton, and no supervision of warehouse production work.

What You'll Do

  • Control access at gates, lobby, dock, and employee entrances; verify badges and visitor/vendor credentials
  • Issue visitor and contractor badges and maintain visitor logs
  • Conduct scheduled patrols of the warehouse floor, docks, yard, parking lot, and perimeter
  • Monitor CCTV, access-control, and alarm systems, and report any equipment failures
  • Watch dock activity for unauthorized persons or unattended trailers and report irregularities
  • Respond to alarms, medical incidents, fires, and other emergencies, following the site's emergency action plan
  • De-escalate conflicts using verbal skills; use force only as a last resort per California law and BSIS training
  • Complete daily activity reports, incident reports, and shift-relief notes
  • Enforce posted site rules and maintain a professional, courteous post

What We're Looking For

  • At least 18 years of age
  • Valid, current California BSIS Security Guard Registration (Guard Card) in good standing
  • Power to Arrest and Appropriate Use of Force training completed (or willingness to complete required BSIS training on schedule)
  • Able to pass a background check consistent with California law (FEHA, Labor Code § 432.7, Fair Chance Act)
  • Eligible to work in the U.S. and able to complete Form I-9
  • Reliable transportation to the Ontario site, including night, weekend, and holiday shifts
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Prior security, military, loss-prevention, or warehouse-access experience preferred; 3PL or fulfillment experience a plus

Schedule & Compensation

  • On-site only — remote work is not available
  • Shifts include days, swings, nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Overtime paid per California law (over 8 hours/day or 40 hours/week)
  • Meal and rest periods provided per California Wage Order 4/9
  • Pay rate set at hire based on experience and shift; California paid sick leave and other required benefits apply

Benefits

  • 401(k) with company match
  • Health Insurance
  • Paid time off
