Lake City Public Schools is seeking a dependable and service-oriented individual to serve as the Lead Night Custodian at Bluff View Elementary School. This position plays an important role in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for students, staff, and families.
Position Responsibilities
  • General custodial cleaning and building upkeep
  • Monitoring building systems and equipment
  • Minor maintenance and repairs
  • Snow and ice removal
  • Event setup and support
  • Supporting safe day-to-day building operations

Qualifications
  • Mechanical aptitude and strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Special Engineer's License preferred or ability to obtain
  • Ability to perform physical duties associated with custodial and maintenance work
