Their duties include setting up the machinery, monitoring production quality, troubleshooting mechanical issues, and ensuring that production targets are met. Working at night may require attention to detail and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. This role often exists in printing, packaging, or mailing facilities that require around-the-clock operations. Safety and machine maintenance are also important aspects of the job.
