JOB SUMMARY
Join Oshkosh AeroTech as a Work Order Coordinator, where you'll play a key role in coordinating customer service requests, scheduling technicians, and managing critical data entry within our computerized maintenance management system (CMMS). Serving as the primary contact for customers and vendors, you'll ensure efficient resource utilization and provide insightful operational reports aimed at improving productivity. This role is perfect for an organized individual with strong communication skills, a commitment to safety, and the ability to thrive in a diverse, fast-paced environment.

WORK SCHEDULE
Monday - Friday from 7am - 3pm, overtime as needed
YOUR IMPACT
These duties are not meant to be all-inclusive and other duties may be assigned.
  • Coordinate customer service requirements with onsite maintenance personnel.
  • Answer phones and enter work orders into the CMMS system.
  • Oversee the scheduling of technicians and the input of all required information into the CMMS.
  • Serve as the first contact to customers and vendors.
  • Implement work order schedules maximizing usage of technicians and other resources.
  • Run operation reports and provide recommendations to improve efficiency/productivity.
  • Comply with company safety program and trainings.
  • Ability to work productively and cohesively in a diverse and multicultural environment.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Ability to be badged to work in secure areas of an airport
  • Ability to work Day or Night shift including weekends and holidays

PREFFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • High School diploma or GED equivalent
  • 2+ years of related experience in customer service or dispatching
  • 2+ years of related experience with data entry, scheduling workloads, and processing work orders
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English
  • Computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills

PHYSICAL DEMANDS
While performing the duties of Work Order Coordinator, the employee is regularly required to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close proximity vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
