Job Opportunity – NICU Registered Nurse – Georgia

Start Date: August 24, 2026

Location: Georgia

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: Every other weekend required; no call required; floating within facility/scope of practice as needed; bi-weekly orientation schedule

Highlights:

  • Maximum 7 days requested time off (RTO) allowed; all RTO must be finalized at time of submission

Requirements:

  • Active RN license (Georgia or Compact state) required at time of application
  • Minimum 1 year of nursing experience
  • Current certifications: BLS, NRP, RRT, PALS
  • Epic charting system experience required
  • Skills proficiency in NICU procedures including ventilator management (BiPAP, CPAP, oscillating ventilator, bubble CPAP), respiratory support (high flow nasal cannula, oxygen administration, bag and mask), airway management (intubation assist, extubation, nasal/oral suctioning), and specialized equipment (tracheostomy care, ET tube management)
  • Full compliance documentation required prior to start date; compliance must be completed by Tuesday prior to scheduled start to avoid 2-week delay
