WHAT WE EXPECT OF YOU
SUMMARY
Responsible for working closely with US Partnership Marketing Director(s) to manage a portfolio of US-based Integrated Partnership Marketing relationships.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Engage with a variety of League departments including, but not limited to, Events, Sales, Marketing, Consumer Products and Legal to develop and execute fully integrated sponsorship activation plans associated with League and Partner strategic objectives on behalf of multiple Partners. Interact with Partner personnel, agency and media resources to fulfill contractual obligations. Interact with NHL broadcast rightsholders to build and execute Partner broadcast, digital/social and NHL Network media commitments. Manage associated department personnel, including, as applicable, Account Executive(s), seasonal temporary and intern support.
QUALIFICATIONS
Knowledge Areas/Experience

Required
  • A minimum of four (4) to six (6) years partnership marketing, brand marketing, event marketing, and/or sales experience with a sports/entertainment property or consulting/activation agency including specific responsibility for client service and revenue generation.
  • Candidates must have experience with (i) interacting with a variety of disciplines and levels within an organization, (ii) developing, presenting and executing successful activation plans and new revenue initiatives for Partners, (iii) assisting in the process of managing all aspects of Partner renewals, and (iv) managing a variety of tasks/projects simultaneously.

Education/Certifications
  • Must have at least an undergraduate degree in business/marketing or related field.

SALARY RANGE:
$100-110k
Actual base pay for a successful candidate will be determined based on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to: experience/training, market demands, and geographic location.
